GRUNI Student Presents Innovative Research at National Conference
On December 2, 2025, the 3rd Student Scientific Conference, organized by the Georgian Resorts Development Agency, brought together students from 20 universities across Georgia. Participants from Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi shared insights on the sustainable development of Georgian resorts.
Mariam Urushadze, a student of the Tourism Bachelor’s Program at Grigol Robakidze University, presented her research titled “Borjomi in a New Role: Health, Entertainment and Culture in One Space.” Her presentation received notable attention and appreciation from attendees.
The conference was led by Professor Givi Kupharadze, Head of the Tourism Program at Gruni’s School of Business and Management. Professors Niko Kvaratskhelia and Maka Piranashvili also actively contributed to the event.
